مسئلہ قضا و قدر

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: One day we, the Companions (seated in the Mosque of the Prophet ﷺ), were debating the question of divine decree and destiny (qadaa and qadar), when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us (and saw us engaged in this argument). He appeared extremely angry and filled with wrath, so much so that his blessed face turned red — so red that it seemed as though pomegranate juice had been squeezed onto his cheeks. Then he said: "Have you been commanded to do this? Is this the message I have brought to you — that you should dispute over the weighty and delicate question of divine decree and destiny? Beware! The nations before you were destroyed at the very moment they took to argument and quarrelling over this matter. I put you under oath, I make it binding upon you, that you never dispute over this question." (Tirmidhi)
