عورتوں کے لیے حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا فرمان

It is narrated from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) once came out to the prayer-ground for the Eid (or Eid al-Adha) prayer, and passed by a group of women (who were gathered in a separate section for the prayer). He addressed them and said: "O women! Give charity, for I have seen that most of you are in the Fire." (Hearing this) the women asked: "O Messenger of Allah, why is that?" He said: "You curse and complain much, and you are ungrateful to your husbands. Despite being deficient in intellect and religion, I have not seen anyone more able than you to overcome a sensible man." The women said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is the deficiency in our intellect and our religion?" He said: "Is it not the case that the testimony of two women equals that of one man (that is, in the Sacred Law the testimony of two women is counted equal to the testimony of one man)?" They said: "Yes, that is so." He said: "That is due to the deficiency in a woman's intellect. And is it not the case that when she is menstruating she neither prays nor fasts?" They said: "Yes, that is so." He said: "That is the deficiency in her religion." (Bukhari and Muslim)

Most women are afflicted with the habit that, wherever they sit in any gathering or assembly, they begin backbiting one another, telling lies, speaking ill, and cursing and reproaching without cause. However much their husbands toil to provide them comfort and ease, meet their needs, and bear hardships to keep them happy, words of gratitude for their husbands never leave their tongues; rather it is always words of ingratitude that come forth, and likewise they often disobey their husbands. Through all these evil deeds women are destroying their own Hereafter, and Allah Most High has pointed out this particular fault. That is why the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: do not regard these faults as trivial; rather these are the faults on account of which Allah's punishment will descend, and you will be seized by the wrath of Allah and cast into the Fire. So keep giving charity — on the one hand, through its blessing these faults and evils within you will be removed; on the other, Allah's mercy will turn towards you and your sins will be forgiven.
